Alkanost is a 44.80-metre wooden motor yacht originally built by Lurssen in 1963 and extensively refitted in 2022, with exterior design by naval architect Ercument Kafali and interiors by Bebek Art and Decoration Gallery. At over six decades old, she represents a particular tradition of crafted wooden yacht construction that has largely disappeared from modern yards. Twin MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 14 knots and a top speed of 21 knots, with a range of 1,727 nautical miles.

Alkanost accommodates 10 guests in 5 cabins with a crew of 5 and operates primarily in the eastern Mediterranean — Greece, Turkey, Mykonos, and Santorini. She is well suited to guests who are drawn to the character and visual presence of a classic wooden hull and who wish to explore the Greek islands and Turkish coastline at a measured pace.
