RIO is a 62-metre steel displacement yacht built by CRN Yachts in 2022, sailing under the Maltese flag. Designed by Omega Architects with interiors by Pulina Exclusive Interiors, she is among the more substantial and feature-complete yachts in the CRN custom programme, offering the facilities typically associated with significantly larger vessels while maintaining the handling characteristics of the 60-metre class.

She accommodates 12 guests across six cabins and is operated by a crew of 15 — a ratio that places her firmly in the category of full-service charter yachts. Her charter regions are extensive, spanning the Mediterranean in its entirety as well as the Caribbean from the Bahamas and Virgin Islands through to Cuba, Bermuda, and Antigua. She is well suited to well-organised parties with varied itinerary ambitions; those seeking intimacy over facilities may find her crew presence more formal than desired.

RIO's distinguishing trait is the breadth of her infrastructure. A beach club with hydraulic swim platform, tender garage, at-anchor and underway stabilisers, hammam, elevator, and deck jacuzzi collectively place her at a level of provision that few 62-metre yacht charter vessels can match. The Omega Architects exterior is purposeful rather than flamboyant, and the Pulina interiors maintain a coherent standard throughout.

The water sports inventory reflects a clear philosophy of comprehensiveness: four Seabobs, two Sea-Doo Waverunners, foiling equipment including a carbon fibre flight board and inflatable flight scooter, kayaks, paddleboards, water-skis, wakeboards, scuba diving kit, and an extensive range of inflatables including a floating pool, inflatable bar, and climbing pyramid. Shoreside mobility is covered by two foldable electric bikes and four e-scooters. Starlink connectivity, satellite television, underwater lights, and a gym complete the technical specification.
