BLACK SWAN is a 50-metre full-displacement steel motor yacht built by Odisej Shipyard in Croatia in 2024, registered under the Croatian flag. She is a near-new custom vessel from a Croatian yard with a regional reputation for steel construction, and she enters the charter market as one of the larger vessels of her type available in the eastern Adriatic and broader Mediterranean.

BLACK SWAN offers accommodation for 20 guests across 10 cabins — the largest guest capacity in this review group — and is staffed by 13 crew. She is suited to large family gatherings, multi-generational groups, or charter parties who want cabin count and communal space at a competitive scale. She operates primarily in Croatia and Montenegro, with broader Mediterranean availability. She is not suited to small groups seeking intimacy, guests requiring high-speed itineraries, or those who prioritise an established build pedigree over a younger, regional yard.

At 10 knots cruise and 12 knots maximum, BLACK SWAN is a deliberately slow, passage-oriented vessel. The full-displacement steel hull is built for comfortable sea-keeping on Adriatic and Mediterranean routes, where anchorage hopping and coastal exploration take precedence over fast transits. Her shallow draft of 1.85 metres assists in accessing shallow Croatian anchorages that larger or deeper-drafted vessels cannot reach.

The onboard programme is comprehensive for a vessel of her size. A children's playroom, piano, movie theatre, massage room, and sauna indicate a vessel designed for extended occupancy. Water sports include Seabobs, jet skis, a flyboard, a waterslide, paddleboards, bikes, wakeboards, water skis, and towable toys. The deck jacuzzi, BBQ, and exterior bar support social gathering at anchor.
