DEEP BLUE is a 55-metre motor yacht built by Amels in 2014, with exterior design by Tim Heywood Design and interiors by Laura Sessa Romboli, and refitted comprehensively in 2024. She is constructed on a steel full-displacement hull, registered in the Cayman Islands, and carries a gross tonnage of 670. At 55 metres, she is among the larger vessels in the western Mediterranean charter fleet, offering the volume and crew-to-guest ratios that tend to define a more unhurried, attended style of cruising. Her 4,500 nautical mile range and 115,000-litre fuel capacity support itineraries well beyond a single season region.

DEEP BLUE accommodates 12 guests across 6 cabins, supported by a crew of 13 — a ratio that reflects the level of service the vessel is configured to deliver. Her charter regions include the French Riviera, Monaco, the Amalfi Coast, Corsica, Sardinia, and the broader Italian coastline. She is not ideal for those seeking high-speed passages or shallow-draft anchorages, as her 3.35-metre draft and 13–15 knot speed envelope reflect the priorities of a full-displacement platform.

The 2024 refit ensures that DEEP BLUE enters the current charter season in current condition. Tim Heywood's exterior lines, characteristically balanced and unshowy, give the vessel a presence appropriate to her class. The beach club, hydraulic swim platform, and inflatable water slide on the exterior are complemented by an outdoor gym — an unusual inclusion that speaks to guests with active interests beyond the water.

Onboard amenities include a deck jacuzzi, sun deck with sunpads, exterior bar, outdoor shower, and underwater lights. The toy package carried aboard DEEP BLUE is among the more extensive in her category: four Seabob F5S units, two Sea-Doo jet skis, a Ravik 3 electric surfboard, an eFoil, a two-person flyboard, four kayaks, four paddleboards, three wakeboards, snorkelling equipment for ten, stand-up scuba diving equipment, fishing gear, a floating pool, and an assortment of towable and inflatable water toys.
